Welcome to Preschool

  Preschool is an exciting time as children embark upon new adventures in the world of learning. I hope to make your child's first learning experience fun and exciting, and I hope to instill a love of learning that will last throughout your child's years of schooling.    
​     For some of you, this is your child's second year and I'm so excited to have another year with your child. Lebanon Elementary Preschool Program

Preschool Sessions Monday through Friday for three and four year old children who reside in Lebanon, CT.
​AM Session: 8:35 – 11:20 PM Session: 12:20 – 3:10 
AM Arrival 8:20-8:35  PM Arrival 12:10-12:20 
​    We are a NAEYC accredited program which enrolls three and four year old children. We generally place three year olds and younger four year olds in the morning.  This arrangement has many benefits for the children. The three year olds see positive role model behavior from the older students and the 4 year olds learn more compassion and empathy for others.  We usually place the older 4 year olds in the afternoon to help them get better prepared for a full day kindergarten program the following year.
  Not to worry about academics, though, all 4 year old children are receiving the same skills and learning whether in the AM or PM class because we teach each child at their developmental level.  We use the CT State Early Learning Developmental Standards (ELDS) to guide our teaching.
